Character History: Davina Amanda Laroche Hamilton was appropriately born on Valentine's Day of 1989. It was a difficult pregnancy for Brigitte - she did not want to have a baby, afraid it would ruin her figure and prevent her from continuing her status as a socialite, but when she accidentally got pregnant, she and her husband decided it was a blessing in disguise and eventually took the news with grace. When Davina was a toddler, her father relocated the family to California, choosing to focus on his film career after having already established himself as one of the best stage actors in the world. Brigitte reluctantly moved, but after a while, she acquired a taste for Los Angeles lifestyle. Davina attended a private, elite elementary school in Los Angeles. However, from the get go, academics were not Davina's forte. Instead of doing her homework or paying attention in class, she was always chatting with her friends, doodling in her notebook, and playing with the boys (even though she was very feminine, she just got along better with males than with females). The Hamiltons were constantly called into school about Davina's behavior, but because of her father's celebrity status, she was never in too much trouble, and was able to continue with her elite schooling. She was blessed with her father's acting skills and her mother's social grace - even though she's not book smart, she certainly has a knack for socialization. Davina has always been a very eloquent speaker, and has taken ballet from the time she was a toddler. As a dancer, an actress, and a decent singer, she hopes to break into show business like her father. When she was in high school, Davina had plenty of boyfriends. All of the boys in her school were infatuated with her beauty, and she was constantly the subject of rumors (most of which were true). She dated around a lot, and very often practiced infidelity, cheating on boyfriend after boyfriend, but what is a girl to do when she's so desired? Applying for college was difficult for Davina - she didn't want to further her education, deciding to stay in California, but her parents wouldn't allow it. They said that if she received her Bachelor's degree, she could pursue whatever career she wanted, but if she didn't go to college, she was completely cut off from the family's money. Her grades were never very good, and her SAT scores were below average, so she did not get into any of the big name schools she applied to. Davina's father had a friend on the board of trustees of Sparta College, and pulled some strings to get his daughter accepted, even though she hadn't considered applying there. She reluctantly agreed to attend, considering its close proximity to the New York City nightlife. Now at Sparta College, Davina is on the cheerleading squad, in the theatre club and the choral society, and is pursuing a double major in Theatre in Film Studies so she can become a thespian like her father. Xander was also born to a rich and privileged family, attending boarding school for most of his life and eventually studying drama and theatre arts at Oxford. He has won several Laurence Olivier Awards, Tony Awards, Academy Awards, and Golden Globes for his performances on both the stage and on screen. He met his wife, Brigitte Laroche, an heiress and a socialite from Paris, France, in the European social circles - she is six years his junior. Brigitte graduated from the Sorbonne with a degree in literature, though she never intended to actually have a job, instead living off of her family's fortunes. The pair married in 1986, when Brigitte was 24 years old.	Personality Description: Even if Davina wasn't Aphrodite, she would still be quite the desireable girl. Ever since she was a child, she was always able to charm people and swindle them into giving her what she wants by merely batting her eyelashes. Her spoilt upbringing caused her develop a superiority complex - frankly, Davina feels like she's better than everyone else. Whenever she wants something, she merely needs to ask mommy or daddy for it as long as the desired object is possible to obtain. She's relied on looks her whole life, and while she isn't necessarily the smartest person in the world, she knows how to get by. Davina is very aware of how to manipulate people, and knows how to give a little in order to get a lot back. Davina is very boy-crazy and sex-crazed, but as Aphrodite, at least she has a reason. She's been sleeping with boys and using them for sex since she was fifteen years old, so now at twenty-one, she's extremely wise in the ways of getting boys and how to use them for what she wants. When she takes on a job, Davina is usually responsible - she likes to complete any task that she begins. Personality Flaws: Since she's Hollywood/theatre royalty, Davina thinks that she should be treated better than everyone else. She doesn't understand that the world does not revolve around Davina Hamilton (even though she thinks that it should). She's also very headstrong and vain about her looks and abilities. Davina doesn't understand the concept of fidelity or a committed relationship - even if she enters into a relationship, she is always bound to cheat. She's all about free love and acting on the moment, even when she should be thinking with her head instead of her hormones. Positive Personality Traits: Davina isn't entirely selfish - she's always willing to listen to a friend when they have a problem, and try to help them solve it. She's very sentimental about certain things (mainly puppies, babies, and chick flicks). Davina is also very friendly, and as long as you do nothing to wrong her, she'll be nice to you. She's always smiling, and tries to get to know everyone she meets. Character Strengths: Davina is an excellent actress and dancer, and is more than capable of carrying a tune. She's also got a knack for the English language, and is a talented writer. Character Weaknesses: On the other hand, Davina is terrible at most other academic things besides English. She can't remember dates, cannot manipulate numbers, and couldn't pass a science class without a tutor.
